core routine | for balance + stability in yoga
having a strong core is a fundamental part of our lives. it supports our spine (preventing back pain), prevents injury, and improves posture.
today's practice consists on focusing on the central part of the body. it includes your abdomen, lower back, pelvis and even hips.
i personally maintain a regular routine to strengthen my core because i find that it minimizes my cramps when i'm in my cycle and it brings me so much more balance and stability within my yoga practice.
you are always welcome to take as many breaks as you need and come back to this practice, it'll always be here for you.
